Stage & Production Management
Edward is originally from Northern California growing up in San Jose and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 7 where he was exposed to performing arts. At the age of 7 he picked up the violin and began his career in music.
He has performed on many stages as a violinist and violist. Stage credits include The Greek Theatre Los Angeles where he performed for 9 years in a row, The Luckman Theatre with the Los Angeles Youth Honors Orchestra, recorded 4 musical albums with renown orchestras at Capital Records, and is a part of the Grammy winning John Marshall Symphony Orchestra where he was a soloist in their award winning cover of Baba O'Riley.
He then transitioned to backstage work as a stage manager and casting associate. Edward has had the opportunity to work with many great theatre companies including Son of Semele Ensemble, San Gabriel Mission Playhouse, East West Players, Couerage Theatre Company, The Greek Theatre, and Glendale Theatre. Edward was also a pyro-technician for Universal Studios Hollywood's award winning live stunt show: Waterworld. He's had the opportunity to work on projects with renown artists like Gedde Watanabe, Jennifer Chang, Grace Yoo, AJ Rafael, Shammy Dee, Jules Aurora, Paul Yen, Matt Foyer, Tony Revolori, Hudson Yang, John Cho, Katherine Ho, and others!
He is clearly inspired by the prospect of further involvement in theater. - Matt Foyer, dir.
